The process was pretty quick. They do a great job of streamlining a lot of the process and my recruiter was responsive.

Very thorough. Gave me confidence that whoever I'd be working with had been through similar 'quality control'! Each job area had a 45min-1hr interview attached to it, so there was time to really dig down into individual job related skills

It was fast and fair. The questions aligned with the preparation I received. If you don't prepare you will not get the job, but if you prepare you have a strong chance of performing well in the interview.

Team culture is non-inclusive and I am left out of most discussions. Strong racial bias as I am a person of color and my manager as well as his leaders are focussed on recognizing only the work of people of their own color.
