What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was pretty quick. They do a great job of streamlining a lot of the process and my recruiter was responsive.

Very thorough. Gave me confidence that whoever I'd be working with had been through similar 'quality control'! Each job area had a 45min-1hr interview attached to it, so there was time to really dig down into individual job related skills

It was fast and fair. The questions aligned with the preparation I received. If you don't prepare you will not get the job, but if you prepare you have a strong chance of performing well in the interview.

The professionalism and preparation! It was a world class interview experience. I was well prepared with what to expect each step of the way, I was given proper interview coaching, I was able to set the date and times of the interview. I would rate this high even if they did not offer me the job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Team culture is non-inclusive and I am left out of most discussions. Strong racial bias as I am a person of color and my manager as well as his leaders are focussed on recognizing only the work of people of their own color.
