The wellness reimbursement program is extremely generous (3500 per year in Canada, 3k per year in US). Also incredibly generous and supportive fertility support programs-- up to almost 100k per lifetime.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and fair. The questions aligned with the preparation I received. If you don't prepare you will not get the job, but if you prepare you have a strong chance of performing well in the interview.
