I have to work a lot of OT to achieve that type of compensation

I do not feel undervalued and am satisfied with the positive feedback and appreciation I grt from my boss. However I believe the position titke may generally bet paid a higer wage than I currently receive. I am overall just curious what the position pays

we make so much profit as a company that the employees should be well compensated. We make a fair wage however working for Google in my past I see that they make more money and benefits were much better. At Google they actually cared about us and health of the employees as well as mental wellness.
