What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Open culture, collaborative and focussed on getting things done, vs. working through politics.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Visionary, inspirational, focussed on execution. I do think its become a lot more bureaucratic.

What did you like most about the interview process?

More of a dialogue than an interview, caliber of talent and wanting to help me be successful.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Bring back the Jungle Gym culture where people are valued based on their strengths vs. titles or experiences.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stock compensation is extremely biased towards SWE and Tech, while the overall impact is across all functions coming together to help Tech employees succeed. Equity parity or narrowing the gap in equity pay,.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Team culture is non-inclusive and I am left out of most discussions. Strong racial bias as I am a person of color and my manager as well as his leaders are focussed on recognizing only the work of people of their own color.
