I absolutely love working at Meta. The leadership (Mark, Boz, and down to the leaders in my org) prides themselves on being authentic and open/transparent with comms. The work/life balance is all I could ask for. The benefits are amazing! Overall, amazing company. I don't see myself wanting to leave

My manager, my teammates, the work we do, the business objectives/goals we have a direct impact on, and the work/life balance.

The prep resources were really helpful and each interview was structured so I was able to demonstrate my best qualities/skill set.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so diverse and tight-knit. We are there for each other and always push everyone to be better where we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meta is always finding new ways to boost moral and company culture. They ensure teams have budgets to do outings, there's a ton of fireside chats with people from the company, multiple groups/clubs to join, and opportunities to give back/learn more.
