What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication with people. Feels like quite a flat structure despite the size of the business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very thorough. Gave me confidence that whoever I'd be working with had been through similar 'quality control'! Each job area had a 45min-1hr interview attached to it, so there was time to really dig down into individual job related skills
