That it focuses on peoples skills and not only their credentials

Its high, but also the only thing that keeps me in the company as im looking for new opportunities

There is no other company that have this many tallented individuals but with the current heading of the company I fear this will change
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Meta is on a fast decline and are no longer showing the same cara for its employees and it is just sad to see what it have becomed over the 2 last years
