We do take time to listen to our customers

Need to be less worried about their own personal blogs and getting credit for what they do as individuals and more about team effort.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are viewed as a Vendor. Not treated like partners and I guess there is enough of a stain left by previous leadership to warrant caution
