Base Salary is low. Especially after MBA from Ivy League universities.

I'm a vendor at Microsoft. My compensation package is 1/2 what an FTE would get. I know this because I was laid off in 2014, and returned as a contractor doing essentially the same work. FTEs get goodies, but contractors are poorly treated and not paid comparably.

Stop stuffing contractors into crowded rooms with scraps of desk space. If you really want quality work from us, provide decent tools and work areas.
