Teams can vary widely within Microsoft. With that said, my team is great. we are collaborative and my teammates are all great people. Make sure you get a pulse for your team before joining. Not all teams are like this.

I feel like we are trapped to a certain degree in the way we used to things instead of adapting. I also feel like we do not invest in our people enough which often results in us losing our really good employees to the competition because they have either been poached or have been overlooked
