People seem to care about each other here. Exciting technologies to work on.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

A good amount of them seem to emphasize WLB and personal connection, as well as delivering results. not all of them though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

PAY. Microsoft is known for paying low and having low refreshers and promotional increases. Even if they never get up to industry standards, they should at least strive to get halfway there. They have the capital to do so. Definitely needs to be more than what it is.
