Stop stuffing contractors into crowded rooms with scraps of desk space. If you really want quality work from us, provide decent tools and work areas.

Too many people decide who to interact with based on how it will affect their review. People who can't impact reviews tend to be overlooked or ignored.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a vendor at Microsoft. My compensation package is 1/2 what an FTE would get. I know this because I was laid off in 2014, and returned as a contractor doing essentially the same work. FTEs get goodies, but contractors are poorly treated and not paid comparably.
