I work with some really interesting characters. We have a really diverse workforce from all walks of life which means it's never boring.
I feel like we are trapped to a certain degree in the way we used to things instead of adapting. I also feel like we do not invest in our people enough which often results in us losing our really good employees to the competition because they have either been poached or have been overlooked
