We have a diverse background among our team so no matter what the question, there's usually someone who's very knowledgeable in that regard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked in many places and had many different types of bosses. The ones I have at Microsoft are intelligent, effective, not micro managers, and truly interested in our happiness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Of course, we ALL want more money all the time, but I consider myself to be earning what I am worth for the first time in my career. It is fair, and generous.
