They're smart, they care about the right things, they cultivate the best culture and anti-toxicity (which is something that plagues a lot of tech companies, including Microsoft a few years ago).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Love my immediate team, they are bright, passionate, thoughtful, and are a pleasure to work with. However, that can't be said for every team that I work with at Microsoft, especially one from "older" orgs (like Windows).
