What makes you most happy at work?
The facilities are amazing - it's like being at a resort compared to an office in some buildings. Not a big fan of the open space in some places though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is $18,000 less than others doing similar work at other companies with similar levels of experience plus I'm three levels below where I should be at this stage of my career given the experience and impact I've had
