It's been super positivie from the beginning, it went super fast... The good connection with my future manager was obvious for him and for me!!!

The compensation package is very good... The fact that the stock increased 3x in 3 yrs makes it even more interesting to work for Microsoft...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Satya Nadella is really inspiring. He has a good vision & the global strategy is excellent. In those complicated times, it is reassuring to be in such a strong company with a strong leadership team...
