What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is far. You won't get rich working at Microsoft but you can have a nice work life balance. The benefits are AWESOME!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO rocks! The exec team is a mixed bag. We are starting to push out some legacy thinkers. So things are headed in the right direction.
