  • Initial phone screen with HR Recruiter, phone conversation with hiring manager, on-site with team and hiring manager and final off-site meeting with VP. Feedback was typically same day, if not following day.

  • Met with the hiring manager for the main part of the interview and spoke with my future team mates for culture fit. I heard back in less than a week, but the paperwork took another week or two to come through.

  • I would imagine it depends on the office, but they were not permitted in our office per the landlord's rules. I also never saw any communications from other offices showing pets.

  • Like all large companies, the culture is overtly shallow. As much as they "preach & practice" diversity and collaboration--there are "clicks" that are protected. If you're not a member of a "click" it's challenging to engage regarding personal growth. As Mitel transitions into a Private VC-led company from a Public company the siloes have become more prominent and it's an all-for-yourself mentality. Large company by size, but small-company attitude and operational mentality. Believe you're big!
