I have been in the CPG Industry with three great companies. I have been with Mondelez 21 of those 42 years. I stayed because I love the company and the people I work with. I honestly feel it is a great place to work.

I have been with the company for 21 years. I am still here because of the people that I work with and the power of our Brands! I have been given tremendous responsibilities at Mondelez and will retire with the company soon. I believe it is a great place to work.

Our commitment to DEI and it is ok to bring you everyday self to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Restricted Stock and Stock Option grants for Banded Roles. we also have a good Bonus Program.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of a great company with great people and great brands. I love that we are leaders within our categories.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great Health Benefits and as an executive with the company I receive Stack Options and Restricted Stock. Our vacation policy is also very good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an African American I like that I can bring my whole self to work. I also feel that I am valued. We have made strong commitments to DE&I and I believe our leaders want to do the right thing always. I believe there is a genuine concern for people.
