The people are the best thing about this company. We work well together and respect each other and what we each bring to the table.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I very much enjoy the people with whom I work. They are the reason I stay as our collaboration is on point and we have a natural respect for each other and what they contribute.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On our small team of 3, we have a peer at a higher salary grade with less experience. The members of the team aren't being compensated equitably based on work performed and position held.
