I love the work I do and my manager's support and guidance is a highlight of my experience. I feel there are many opportunities for me to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused both on driving business results and ensuring the team has clear goals and a path to achieve the goals. The leadership team regularly has meetings with small groups of employees to ensure more voices are heard and well being is taken into account.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are overall very friendly and look out for each other. MY grandfather passed away shortly after I started, I only told my manager in passing and she notified the department contact to send a condolences package. This is one example of how people look out for one another.
