Days off is the best I have ever had.

I really feel like a part of the company.

I do not like the high deductible plans that we are offered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen. Very simple thing to say....but it means a lot as an employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's nothing they can do per say. It just goes with the territory of working remotely.

Flexibility to get your work done. I really enjoy the remote work style that I have been afforded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Constant communication with them. No wondering what I should do. We float ideas off one another and work very well.
