We all support each other, sharing the tools and knowledge we acquire. Everyone is always looking to support each other, and communication and visibility is the key.

As far as I have been in the company, they generally look for the welfare of the employee, first of all the human being, his physical and metal health to be able to perform the job in the best way, that is what I have noticed besides the opportunity to grow and acquire new knowledge.
