Have been with the company over 7 years and overall my experience has been positive. However, wish there was more opportunity to growth and hard work acknowledge. Not accustomed to receive a 2 or 2.5% increase - does not even match inflation. Becoming impossible to afford working for this company

When together we know when to detach from work and simply enjoy each others company.

Acknowledge they focus on work/life balance but very difficult to practice. Organization is very demanding of our expectations/time

Love the team I personally support and with the exception of very few feel they respect and appreciate my efforts

Love that I have the opportunity to work remotely and have full reign to perform the duties of my role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This has been a consistent concern of mine - constant accolades received but come year end review there is always a BUT as to why I cannot receive Exceeds. Work in progress
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can only speak upon my immediate leadership team for they make you feel as part of a family and very empathetic. We all work towards achieving the same goal - we are a very strong team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel I bring tremendous value to the specific discipline I support where I constantly receive unsolicited praises for my work. I work very independently and have successfully earned trust and respect from my people managers and people leads.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly receive accolades for my performance but come review time always hear 'you are doing a great job BUT...'. In the almost 6 years I have been with the organization have received an average merit increase of 2-2.5% which is not even in alignment with our current inflation. Unfortunate
