The people are amazing, the workload is abnormally high, we have cut so many headcount and the work has increased for everyone. We expect perfection in all things, it is very challenging, I deliver always but at a cost to my personal life and mental health.

Anyone is willing to help others at any given time no matter what, we rally behind issues fast and with agility
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We continue to reduce benefits in small incremental ways every year, other people I know in consumer goods have better benefits and dental coverage. I work too many hours vs. pay, pay is fine until you split it over my 50-60 hour work week.
