The team is fun, caring, trustworthy and very intelligent
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and more importantly I think I have a really great team that makes it fun to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is transparent and honest to the best of their abilities. I dont think they sugar coat anything and respect the employee perspective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there is a casualness at MDLZ that allows us to focus on the work as opposed to the non important things that can often be attributed to the corporate environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there is a knowing feeling within the company that an individual could leave to perform the same work at 20%-30% higher pay. Especially given the year and the continuous issues and overtime.
