I have had the opportunity to grow within the company so I really appreciate that. There's always room for learning and for development. I have always felt treated as a human and not as a number. I feel that MDLZ cares about the employees and makes sure everyone feels good. Overall, I'm happy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries in general are not competitive. Other companies within the same business for the same role offer a lot more. A team lead in MDLZ makes what a recruiter in other companies make. Org structure is not fairly made. Benefits are not that good also.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company cares about employee's well-being. I feel that before being a worker, the company see me as a human and I feel I'm treated as such. The working environment is positive. If someone is having difficulties, there is always support for that person. I feel respected and valued as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always go above and beyond! We work together, very closely as a team. We trust each other. There is a lot of support from everyone. Responsibility and commitment. The extra ingredient from all of them is their effort to be better everyday. We all contribute to have a good working environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
MY TEAM!! They're rockstars. They inspire me to be better everyday. I also appreciate the support that my leader gives me. He is always there for me to coach me, help me when needed. He cares about me as a person and as a worker. I also appreciate a lot that the working environment is good.
