I have been able to learn so much about the consumer package goods, retail and other relevant industries. I have been able to experience roles in multiple different functions which has fueled my competence and understanding of how to develop myself as a person and employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The transparency of how the bonus is paid out. The addition of a company car for certain sales positions is a very nice perk as well,
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The great ability to connect our values to diverse social issues and agendas, ultimately doing what we can as a company to engage and support all types of people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy and the ability to make impacts personally from my role. I feel empowered and am given the green light to work my way. Having the ability to add a personal touch to work is very fulfilling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is trying to cork towards the same goal- how to best satisfy both our customers and consumers. Ego is almost never an issue and we do our best to make the right call to better our results no matter whose idea it might be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I interact with are willing to help and support. There is a common purpose and belief across all of the different functions and we do all we can to ensure we provide the best quality and tasting product to our customers and consumers.
