At Mondelez I get the opportunity to do meaningful work with great teams. However, it is overshadowed with complex barriers that we are held accountable for that limit the execution and success we all want to achieve. I deeply care about our organization and hope we can overcome these issues.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do appreciate that we have the Town Hall meetings, Round Tables and ERG focus groups.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As employees we have the ability to talk about issues with our managers. We discuss organizational problems. We also have ERG that help us feel more accepted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all passionate about our work and we care about the people we work with. We believe in winning and we have a desire to win. We love our brands and believe we make a difference each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently I am paid below market value for the position that I hold. Also, the raises I have received over the years do not keep up with inflation or the cost of living in the area I reside. I do think the company should do more internal and external salary comparisons for similar positions.
