What do you like best about the leadership team?

There is always someone there to help or guide you

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team works hard day in and day out but people are stretched thin.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'm glad we are moving towards getting more people of color into management positions.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to problem solve and coming up with successful solutions that provide a positive impact to the business.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The workload is very heavy and the hours that I put in do not add up to my compensation. Work is around the clock with little breathing room. In order for employees to keep their sanity and lower anxiety we should not be expected to work 7 days a week around the clock. Strict boundaries need set.
