The disposition to always helps others and share knowledge. Also that it never feels like they are my competition, they are my team and I can relay on them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes it feels like we are doing the same or even more job that other positions in the company, but are given less credit and paid less as well
