Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken multiple lateral positions with increasing responsibility; however because they are deemed lateral I am not being compensated. Also due to re-orgs/retirements I have also taken on more work from team members that are no longer here but I am not compensated for the increased work load.
