Based on the inflation level and online evaluation of salary range of employees at corporate companies, there is an opportunity to adjust the pay to match up with other corporate companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mondelez is filled with Joy and people love what they do. DEI initiatives that the company has in place helps boost the cultural impact at work . I feel sense of belonging when I come to work and with the love from co workers and connections I have made at work, it makes me feel like a second home.
