The best things about my team is the ability to speak on ideas without the fear of criticism. Everyone contributes in order to create a team atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company needs to look at market trends in order to compensate their employee's fairly. Over the years we have lost our competitive edge over other companies and there's plenty of work that needs to be done from a company stand point.
