Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We continue to lose good people to other companies because we are not competitive in salary. Retail mgmtt positions are some of the most underpaid positions we have - the DMs (SG10) and RMS' (SG7) need to be re-evaluated on pay - their GR$ and direct report responsibilities warrant SG increases
