I am grateful for a solid career so far. I greatly appreciate my local leadership, coworkers, and experiences. I enjoy managing a team of people and being highly successful. I do think though that our company can still focus more on employees. Too much focus on cost savings vs $ going fairly to us

Connecting with those I supervise and helping them develop into the best possible person for their roles

Local Leadership truly listens to our concerns and actively make changes to support our needs. They back up what they promise as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The understanding and awareness that we need to continually grow and change as a company to stay on track and be at our best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe for the scope of responsibility, the impact of my work, and the often ever-changing nature of the job a higher wage would be fair.
