I've always enjoyed my time with this company. I've spent the majority of my working career with this company. A lot of things have changed over the years. I would like to feel that there are bigger opportunities for me. I will say it's the best company i have ever worked for.

They try and do what's right for all employees and treat them as equals

Its really rewarding when an employee cares and values their job the way i do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if your time with the company should be taken into consideration and someone with 2 years experience and the same educational background and way less experience should not be compensated the same.
