I've been a part of Nabisco/Kraft/Mondelez for 25 years and overall it has been a great company to raise a family while working. We have lost some team building over the years due to some poor decisions others have made and our leaders decision to pay more attention to the bottom line. Less perks

My RDRs leadership style is conducive to open dialogue and idea sharing!
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my SRs. Going to stores and selling above our customer plans!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid about 15k less than similar position with another organization. I would make more if I left and came back and was rehired. Longevity in an organization should be rewarded by more than just ordering from a catalog. Did finance ever think about cash rewards for every 5yr milestones?
