Having the freedom to do my work and not be micro managed everyday.

They are starting to invest in Sales Reps again and understand the importance they have in the company.

We are all in this together and if i ask my team to do something they do with hesitation.

The ability to go out in the field and work with team members and go to different stores and talk with managers.
