Collaboration and support. The team supports me in ways beyond my project needs. They care about my health and overall wellbeing.
My immediate leadership team has provided me the most support, compassion, flexibility, and a listening ear. They prioritize my wellbeing as that will in turn drive business deliverables.
As a whole within the company i feel undervalued. But within my own department team, i feel much more seen and heard. The executive leadership team seems to only care about business deliverables versus the care of people. They only focus on the large brands versus the other brands which are impt.
