Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CPG is a low paying industry. A higher bonus percentage would be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Profitable company so someone is doing something right. I do think they do a good job overall.

I think they are friendly but seems to be too much fluff and not enough strategic and making decisions.

I have a buddy on my team and I really do like her. I can talk to her about anything.

My pay and title is not equivalent to my years of experience and education. And there is not a career track for me here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Part of my team is very junior, I do like my immediate/same level peer. She is my work buddy. She makes this place better for me.
