been here for 5 years on my way to 6, this and last year brought a lot of layoffs in Costa Rica, and I fear my position could be next.

helping people, giving jobs that people need to live their lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
most companies pay their employees a lot more for the same positions, in general we are underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good people, we all have different ways of seeing and doing things, but still we all get along well.
