I'm grateful for my job. I like what I do. I don't like my leadership, the lack of emotional intelligence, feeling like nobody has my back. I would like to feel secure - supported. It has been a sweet/sour journey. I don't feel like I can grow here. Neither feel like feedback is useful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Soft skills, emotional intelligence*, willingness to compromise at improving our functions and systems. Listening, understanding. Not being SO close minded to hearing new ideas and ways of working. Quitting gossip. Not taking feedback personally. Moving feedback along to their leadership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I need to see transparency. Trust has to be earned. Leaders need to learn how to guide instead of giving orders. Much secrecy. Units going away. Messages are given as threats. Lack of emotional intelligence. Feels insecure to provide feedack.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not able to place any word to describe how I feel at the moment. It has been hard to create an identity within the company. It feels like a fuss if you are out of the "visible" group of people.
