I am relatively new like I said, and working as a consultant. But in what I have experienced so far, what I have picked up and learned over the 5 months is worth the time and extra effort I spent in gaining them. And I sense that I could grow more an the management can and will support me on my path
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Objectively, it gives a sense of stability and I know there are opportunities and careers one can pursue within the company. However, I feel conflicted because the growth-wise, the current role/work I deal with is different to that of what I had hoped for. But that is for me to figure out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Helpful all-around. Knowledgeable and has experienced. Good-natured.
What makes you most happy at work?
When accomplishing a task or being helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am working as a consultant so I do not have any idea of the full packages regulars are getting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not know many of them enough to give better justification, but I sense they are very driven and towards common goal/s.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most have a sense of urgency and willingness to help/assists. And there is not much gap in the knowledge so collaborations, or KTs gets done smoothly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, I like the office - can focus well working onsite. Culture is good - balanced, fair, positive overall. The people I mostly work with are responsible and considerate - so positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That even with the demanding nature of the work, Overtime gets paid. There is pension plan and couple that are very good to have. Meaning the company is capable enough to compensate and provide benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am honestly mostly focus with what I have to do (fix) so I can avoid blocking my team mates. My perception of what's going wrong is limited and mostly around to what I am doing wrong. That said, I feel like I am often slow overall.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am relatively new, so I am not sure if my inputs weighs so much. But I have been to meetings involving higher ups and I can say they are highly objective, yet realistic. And respect is there even if they seem like they are pushing ideas to the wall, but not without reasons.
