What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with. My teammates, but also other teams are very interactive and we have a great time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a level that we do get to speak to as reps, but the top leadership there is no communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a lot of fun. We support each other both at work and outside of work. I like the individuals on my team, they are also my friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of individuals left our company before we were compensated fairly. There were different tiers to our new plan and I feel as though I should have been one above what I am.
