It has been a difficult 18 months and many of us have been doing multiple jobs and jobs that are higher ranking that our current role. It is clear that our leaders know we are doing this job and I know they are thankful but there could have been some compensation for filling those gaps for so long.
I feel many new hires over the past year that have the same responsibilities that I am have come in at a higher title as our pay ranges are a bit lower than what the market is paying. I feel like I am being asked to increase my responsibilities to match those but I am not at the same level.
Openness - we always know where the company is and where it is is headed, Honesty - In the 3 years I have been here I have never felt our leaders have mislead us. I trust them 100%. Accessibility - Even though we are a large company I feel like I can reach out to any leader and they will respond
