Working at N-able has been a great experience so far. My manager is very supportive and encourages lots of flexibility from a work/life balance perspective. My team are all very close, and the office environment is welcoming.

My overall experience at N-able has been good. I really like my manager and team, as well as several of the great initiatives the company has invested in so far. I do think we will need to make improvements to update the compensation package that is being provided.

I believe that for the type of work I'm doing, I'm currently underpaid.

My team collaborates really well. We all care about each other as people and pitch in when someone needs help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The commitment to volunteering and bettering our community. We get 2 paid volunteer days annually, which I feel is very generous.

As N-able, we are starting to see a real investment in our employees. While it is a fast-paced environment (you'll never be bored!), there is a lot of focus on having fun as well.
