The open & free culture, we lauch a lot, but can also get a lot of work done, we have a really comfortable atmosphere

In my opinion, they are a hounest group of people who have the best interest in their employees, and support them in the best way they can.

We are open & honest to eachother, and help eachother where & whenever we can, we have a great atmosphere in our office and love to be there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I Think it is unfair to ask someone if they think they are compensated fairly, in my opinion you will never get a real answer, everybody want to grow in function & salary, so for me thats the same, i am doing ok but it can always be better, i would apreciate a better car compensation.
