I don't feel that the salary is very competitive with the surrounding job market & my performance. It is fairly average to below average.

our working styles complement one another well. we collaborate based on strengths & learn from one another. we have fun whether we are working virtually or in-person.

We are a family! Locally, we balance each other out really well & all work to our strengths in collaboration efforts. The humour & relaxed environment make it a great place to work!

volunteer days, local newsletters, social activities & lunches..lots of ways to get involved if you want to. good work life balance since my managet allows me to work 3 days from home and 2 in-office.

They are always looking for new ways to have fun and create a sense of belonging. I feel that I can comfortably voice my opinions or ideas without being judged or ridiculed for my thoughts. Overall, I love the casual and social environment!
